that's passed down from one generation to another with the same problems that are reoccurring

in your fathers, forefathers, and so on. It's pretty much what happens when somebody sews

something, the other generation begins to reap that.

And the first curse, generational curse, I call it the original curse.

If you're taking notes, drop this below that everyone got the original, the first generational curse, which started with Adam.

Generational curses did not start with Moses. They did not start with the Ten Commandments. They started in the garden. When Adam committed sin, this curse, what it did is this curse that came as a result of sin was unleashed, not just on Adam. It wasn't just unleashed on Eve. God didn't just say, hey, well, it's going to be really bad for you and for your wife. It started to affect their children.

The kids started to kill each other. The kids started to misbehave. The kids started to behave really weird. Crazy stuff that are happening in their family. And then the world starts becoming affected with violence and so on. And if you read, you know, the Bible says in Romans chapter 5 verse 18 and 19, it says, therefore, as though one man's offense, judgment,

as through one man's offense judgment came to all men resulting in condemnation.

Even so through one man's righteousness, the free gift came to all men resulting in justification in life.

For as by one man's disobedience, many were made sinners. So also by one

men's obedience, many will be made righteous. That's Romans chapter 5 verses 18 and verses 19. And so because

of Adam's sin, we're all born under the curse of sin. This curse causes all of us to be born with a sinful

nature which is true catalyst of any sinful behavior we exhibit. And so for people who walk

around and say like, you know what, curses don't exist, you know, if one person does something,

then it doesn't affect the other people. it just affects you. That's not true.

It's your sin affects other people.

And the biggest example of that is Adam's original sin.
