I was extremely deceived. I'm a certified yoga instructor. A month before I was saved, I was doing a

200-hour teacher training, doing kundalini yoga, doing bacti yoga, all these different types of

yoga, which are extremely demonic. Little did I know until I was saved. And I realized, whoa,

you know, kingdom of darkness is real and I was heavily, heavily deceived.
