Man, if you're joining us for the very first time today,

I want to let you know briefly what this movement is all about.

This is a movement to reclaim and restore masculinity

in a society that seems to be increasingly dismissive of the idea of masculinity.

A very small example of this is I was on my phone earlier today

and I got a notification from Instagram that they had deleted one of my posts

because apparently it went against community guidelines for, quote unquote,

violence or threat of violence.

The post in question was me wrestling with my three-year-old son on our bed,

laughing, rolling around, giggling, and bonding by rough-housing.

Apparently that's toxic or violent in nature.

And so Instagram decided to take it down.
