James French. There's a time in a place for a good dad joke.

Death Row at any point, usually isn't one of them.

But that didn't stop James French, who was executed in August, 1966 in Oklahoma after being

found guilty of murder.

His last words to the reporters and press who turned up in the days prior to his execution

concluded with the phrase, I love my family.
