Well, I apologize in advance if the sound is not going to be very good on this recording. I'm actually on location as such. I'm

researching fairies and ghosts on a particular island, so some of the access to technology is not as

great. But let's give it a go. I wanted to talk about a place called Lake Baikal, which is an ancient

lake in the mountainous Russian

region of Siberia, north of the Mongolian border. It's the largest and deepest freshwater

lake in the world, a mile deep and 400 miles long, in what's usually said to have come

from a 2009 release of declassified Soviet documents, but known well before

this, including in the UFO books of Professor Vladimir Asks Tsar, a former maths professor.

It came to light that Russian classified documents described a dangerous encounter between

Russian navy divers and underwater UFOs and humanoids.

According to the Siberian Times in 2015, they say in 1982,

seven military divers were reported to have come across aliens under the waters of Beiko, the lake.

Alexei Tivenenko, a doctor of history, said,

At a depth of 50 metres, they met swimmers around three metres tall,

dressed in tight-fitting silvery suits.

They did not have any scuba or other devices, just helmets on their heads.

They received an order to catch, what they call in Russian, Iqtianda,

which means the half-boy, half-shark from modern Russian folklore.

But there were, he says, immediately washed ashore with signs of decompression.

They had two decompression devices on the shore, but one was broken.

All seven people could not be put inside, so they only put four of them in.

And those three people who were not put in the device, died on the beach, he said.
