On November 25th of 1991 in Granite Bay, California, 35-year-old Cindy Wainer had headed over to her sister's

house to do a simple favor.

And clean up the place a bit because the sister was out of town, so pretty routine and no big deal.

And Cindy took along her 11-month-old baby and headed over there.

But at some point, enough time went by and Cindy still hadn't come home.
