He was the type of neighbor who would always wave at you when he was passing by and no one thought anything about him was strange or “off”. 2. Billy ChemirmirDescribing himself as a “home health care nurse,” 45-year old, Kenyan immigrant, Billy Chemirmir, came to America in 2003 and settled in Dallas, Texas. 1. Chicago’s 51It started in 2001. Most of the bodies found were those of young black women, discovered in alleyways, garbage containers, weed-infested vacant lots or abandoned buildings. Most had torn clothing and showed signs of sexual abuse.
