Summary

Greg examines an article from American Thinker detailing "database latency" and how it can be exploited to create fraudulent mail-in ballots.  It claims that voter's zip codes can be changed prior to ballots being mailed out, which creates "undeliverable" ballots.  These undeliverable ballots are then collected while the voter's zip codes are quietly changed back. but he's explaining this is how, this is maybe how they are cheating to help win in elections.

Now, I'm going to read some of this article here, if not all of it, because it's very interesting on what he details.

0:36.2

The ballots go out that week, and those 31,000 ballots are

are quietly changed back. The national change of address database and COA will not pick up those address changes.

0:57.2

They didn't happen because there is no history of it happening.

The 31,000 citizens were getting their mail just fine, except for their ballots.

1:08.1

See, the ballot addresses were driven by the county mail-in ballot database,

the one that was changed, and then changed back. Many states send ballots to everyone.

1:18.7

The recipient is none the wiser that they have never received a mail-in ballot. They may even

vote in person. Whoops! You already voted, quote.

1:28.7

Ever heard of that?

1:30.3

Welcome to database latency.

1:33.3

Our bad guy pals know that they can change voter rolls, take an action, and then change them back.

1:38.6

Who would know?

1:40.3

A thousand voters are changed from inactive, voted, then change back, and how would you ever know?

1:47.7

With lots of complex footwork, you could eventually tell from their voter history file, but this is months after the election is over.

1:57.3

So database latency, as you likely gathered, is when the current reality lags the underlying

2:04.4

record. The ballot gathering scammers know about this latency and it's their ground game. To Republicans,
