0:12.1	attack on the US Capitol from the former acting US Attorney for the District of Columbia,
0:19.6	Michael Sherwin.
0:20.9	And for me, that 60 minutes piece last night raised more questions than it answered.

0:51.9	It kind of felt like the remnants of the Donald Trump show because former acting US Attorney
1:01.1	for the District of Columbia, Michael Sherwin sat for an interview with 60 minutes to have
1:08.0	a chat about the ongoing investigation into the insurrection at the US Capitol.
1:15.9	All Michael Sherwin was a Donald Trump billbar accolade who was installed as acting US
1:24.4	Attorney in DC and promptly went about making sure Mike Flynn's criminal case was dismissed.
1:32.5	Mike Flynn, who twice pled guilty to lying to the FBI, Michael Sherwin made sure that
1:40.5	the case got dismissed in a very real sense doing the favor, though, for Donald Trump's
1:46.8	criminal associate, Mike Flynn.
1:50.5	So when Joe Biden came into office, he promptly got rid of Michael Sherwin and put a legitimate
1:59.5	acting US Attorney in place named Channing Phillips, a former colleague of mine and a terrific
2:05.7	guy and a very solid prosecutor.
2:09.4	Channing Phillips is now presently the acting US Attorney for DC and there was some talk
2:16.1	about Sherwin staying on during the transition.
