0:19.0	I first read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, back in 2006 on a train ride from Rome to Florence.
0:25.7	It was the first time I picked up any of Robert Kiyasaki's books, although I had known
0:30.0	about his book for years.
0:32.1	I believe that's when I first learned that my home was not an
0:34.8	asset or at least not according to Kiyasaki. He made me realize that it was taking
0:39.3	cash out of my pocket and not putting any cash in it as were my rental properties.
0:44.0	Well I finally met Robert and his wife Kim about a year ago or so as we spent a week
0:49.7	together on a cruise in the Caribbean where I was able to understand him a little better
0:54.7	and share ideas about money investing and personal development.
0:58.8	One thing that was clear to me is that Robert is a lifelong student and he humbles himself knowing that he is not the smartest
1:05.7	guy in the room.
1:07.1	He reads daily and his books have more Post-it notes and written comments in the margins than any other book I've ever seen.
1:15.0	True to my first rule of my 10 rules of successful real estate investing,
1:20.0	Robert makes learning and knowledge a priority and he is always educating himself.
1:25.8	One other thing we both share is the desire to educate and inspire other investors to
