Before we get into our questions today, I just wanted to highlight something that one of our

SVS teachers brought up on the forum.

And I don't know if you guys read this, but he titled

it McGraw-Hill publisher charging illustrators, a fee to get paid. Did you guys see that?

I did. Yeah. I signed a petition against it and posted it to my Facebook page.

Okay. So do you want to explain what's going on here?

They have set up an accounting system or whatever so illustrators and writers can get paid

for royalties and advances and stuff like that. But in order to do it, they charge the

illustrator a 2% fee to be a part of it, which would be okay if it was an expedited

system or some other way. You know, like when you buy something, you can say, okay, give me
