Forgive me if I sound a little under the weather, I have celiac, and I made the mistake of ingesting

gluten several days in a row. And for those of you who aren't aware,

that means my body can't break down wheat. So severe acid reflux, vitamin depletion, risk of bacterial

pneumonia, the whole nine yards. But I'm recovering, doubling tripling up on my vitamins,
