interviewed Robin Robley Strauss who has kindly agreed to share his story. He's also come on to talk about his documentary called

What If, which is based around OCD. He came to London a few months ago and interviewed myself

and Catherine for that, so it's it's privileged to be part of it

and so I wanted to get him on to return the favour give him a chance to talk about his

documentary and the cool things he's trying to do around raising awareness for a CD. But in it we talk

about his a CD story, we talk about separation anxiety, we talk about how for

him hearing other people's stories really helped him in his recovery, he talks

about therapy.

He talks about goals and values. He mentions and describes how journaling has

helped him in his process and yeah just the importance of find the right therapist.

And then there's many words of hope he gives at the end,

which I think you're like.
