Yeah it's good to have you on and you know I'd love to hear your OCD story and you can share it now in as

little or as much detail as you want to go into. For sure. So I began having symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder when I was eight years old.

And I think what really set the stage for OSC to come into my life was the high levels of stress that I experienced throughout my childhood.

And then the compiled traumas throughout that my eight-year-old self can process is what really kicked it off.
