Now in this episode I chat with David Murphy

about his O-C-D story.

In it we go into his O-C-D story,

we go into the his recovery journey has looked like and looks like currently.

We talk about any sort of lifestyle changes he's made.

We talked about therapy and O. C. D. in Ireland. He talked about his advocacy so he's

doing some cool things in Dublin and I'm always happy to share those types of

things with you guys because I think we need more advocacy in this world especially for

a CD so hopefully what he's done of his own back and inspire some of you if that's

what you're currently looking to do is get into advocacy. We talk about his biggest

epiphany in recovery, also his biggest roadblock and how he overcame it. He

shares some of his favorite resources, i.e. books.

And then there's the general questions like what would you tell someone who's starting

their recovery journey, the billboard question, etc.
