advocate and we talk about everything he's doing in his advocacy.

Where we go in depth into his story, his first intrusive thought that he remembers,

getting therapy, having a mental health toolkit, opening up to the idea of

uncertainty, opening up about his mental health story within the media, his advocacy work,

public speaking, words of hope and much, much more.
