First up, retired judge of the New York Supreme Court and adjunct professor at New York Law School. Diane Keesel joins us. Also with me, Paul Callan, the former New York City prosecutor and criminal defense attorney. Thank you both so much for joining me. Boy, oh boy, it is going down in the courtroom

today. Both of you know this courtroom very well. Both of you have worked there. You know how all of

this works. Paul, I'm going to start with you because I know that you have been paying attention

quite closely to the testimony.

This is a day everyone has been waiting for.

I'm talking about Stormy Daniels has taken the stand in this hush money case against

New York against Donald Trump in New York.

Well, there are a couple of things.

She right at the beginning, well, she describes right at the beginning how she met him. And the prosecutor is slowly walking her through her story. But bear in mind that Judge Mershahn has issued

an order saying there can be referenced to a sexual encounter, but he wants no details
