The Michael Berry Show is on the air. talking to the number of prosecutors, criminal defense attorneys, judges over the last month or so.

One of the things that they talked about in this relates to the Trump trial

is that prosecutors will avoid bringing a case altogether if they have

a cop that has been shown to be dirty in the past.

That doesn't mean that cop committed murder.

That cop may have been accused and pled out to or not pled out

They may have been

Sloppy with an investigation

There may have been a chain of custody question about how they handled evidence.

It doesn't make them the worst cop in the world or a bad cop.

Just maybe didn't follow all the rules because it was late at night it was

raining it was you know things were loud things were happening it was you know things

happen so prosecutors won't bring the case or at a minimum won't use the

officer and their work even though that's critical to achieving a conviction because

that officer is burned.

That officer is burned. That officer is in a situation where his credibility is going to be

questioned. So that is exactly what has happened in the Trump

prosecution. Stormy Daniels was a terrible witness, absolutely horrible witness.
