Hi John, full of pedestrian road rage this morning Abe.

It's just true.

As I have most mornings.

We should say that our office is around Times Square.

Times Square is a nightmare to navigate on foot.

Only made worse by the way by the creation of giant pedestrian areas to make it easier

for people to walk on foot, which like all supply side solutions has caused more pedestrians

to crowd into space and less make spaces that were once seemed small.
