Today, we are sharing with you one of the great conversations that just took place at our Blister

Summit at Snowbird.

McKenna Peterson and Annie Wangler had just each wrapped up trips to Alaska, and we were

eager to hear their respective stories, and then Caroline Gleck, as many of you know, has recently been undertaking arguably

even bigger and gnarlier objectives, so we asked her to share what she has been up to and

learning and broaden the scope of this session that we call stories from the field.

And then, with all of that in place, our Blister Summit director, Kristen Sinott, and I,

thought that for this conversation, it would be fitting to ask the wonderful skier and

storyteller and filmmaker Sierra Schlaug to be the host because we knew that she'd be

coming with her own valuable perspective, and it turns out we were right about that.

And just a quick word to my fellow guys out there listening.

Yeah, you are about to hear some very cool stories from AK, which is always

fun. But we are fortunate here to have four very badass women share some things that we might

be unaware of. And actually, in the panel session that followed this one at the summit, I spent a good bit

of time talking with Hoji and Jeff Colt from Zipfit and Will Ritter from Spark R&D about

some of the very topics and issues raised in this conversation that you are about to hear.
