Old Hag,

Had a weird dream the other night. I get old Hag, aka sleep paralysis every now and again.

I know how to keep myself from getting it, don't sleep on your back, and if I do get it, I know to keep my eyes close as to not see any

weird shit. I learned my lesson after so many years. The other night was the first time

in a long time that I experienced old Hag. It was a usual, couldn't move, felt what seemed to be a scary

presence in my room, but then I heard a snarling voice in my head say,

you were not stronger than me, and the paralysis stopped and I opened up my eyes.

Weird thing is that voice was me. I say it was a dream because I was looking at myself and I had glowing eyes.

In the past, I'm very much aware that I am half asleep, half awake,

and I can't see myself. It's very much POV.

I always tell myself that spirits or whatever get their strength from your fear. I guess in my subconscious I think I'm the scary one to them. And maybe I am.

Dun, da, da.
