So many people who run non profits get caught up in trying to convince their employees or supporters to be as passionate for their cause as they are and it always ends up in massive disappointment. You need to work towards a place where you put our your message, and whoever supports it will join along. Stop wasting time trying to convince people who can't be convinced.

1:02.0	I'm passionate about Crohn's and lightest because my brother has it.

1:06.8	I love when people judge.
1:09.4	That's what a lot of nonprofits do.
1:10.9	Just because you're a fucking nonprofit doesn't mean you're owed anything.
