And this week, Jasmine will be speaking once again with veterinarian Crystal Heath.

One of our favorite vets.

Crystal is the founder of our honor. And she's going to update us, among other things,

on the current status of what has got to be one of the worst things that the animal ag

industry does to animals, and that is a very high bar.

And we're talking about ventilation shutdown.

We learned about this during the pandemic.

And, you know, just because the pandemic ended doesn't mean that ventilation shutdown ended.

Instead, it looks like they think it was a great idea. Right. And we'll be talking about other

things as well. Yeah, it is an update. She wasn't on that long ago, but we felt like this was a really important update.

And as you said, I really have such respect for Dr. Heath.

And I'm grateful that she will be giving this update to all of you and to me.

So hold on for that.

We'll get to that in just a few minutes.

But I want to tell you something about my week, Marianne. I was, I pulled something in my neck. It was awful. How do you pull something in your neck? You like, you got a stiff neck? Something like that. It might have also been a pinched nerve. I really don't know. But every time I moved my head, it hurt like hell. Well, that could be a stiff neck. Well, that's what we used to call it. Well, maybe it was a stiff neck. They're very painful. Yeah. But it happened to coincide with the day I had the chiropractor, which was good timing. Like, we have all these notes about what we're supposed to be talking about. And we're getting on it. You're talking about the pain you had in your neck. No, I'm getting through an animal thing. Are you sure this is like really interesting?

Stick with me.

It's animal related. So I get my my chiropractor work and I was telling him and he said, well, see if they. He said, I bet he said, oh, you have a pain in the neck. Yeah, that's just what he said. He was like, well, see if any of our medical, like, massage therapist people are available today.

And they were like, well, we can fit you in right now for a half hour. Does a medical massage get covered by insurance?

It was covered by my HSA, which is like, it's like an FSA.
