Now, anyone of a certain age remembers Susan Powder, Stop the Insanity.

She was a fitness, health, nutrition. I don't want to say diet because she was anti-diet. She was against the diet industry. And her motto, Stop the Insanity, was like, aimed at saying, you don't need to be doing all these crazy diets and different things.

What you need to do is you need to eat real food, whole foods, not processed foods.

And you need to move your body and you need to breathe.

And if you do all those things, you will be healthier.
