So we're going to jump right into the topic, which is how to keep the holidays sane. And, you know, this is something that as I speak to more

and more people in my generation and younger, a lot of people have really bad memories associated

with the holidays, actually. A lot of stress, a lot of scramble, and a lot of family tension is like kind of people's stories.
