Casey, how are we doing?

We are doing fantastic, Fran. We had a great launch day I have to say the amount of people that

we heard from that like the podcast made me warm and fuzzy inside you know

sometimes we get a lot of shit talking to us so it felt nice to have some kindness

come our way I'm absolutely with you on that.

Love getting all the kind messages for people listening and loving and we're hoping to

continue that with all of our episodes for the future exactly we're so

excited and you know what I will say we really hyped up the 20 to 30 minute

situation we were a little over the 20 to 30 minute situation.

We were a little over on episode one.

Just a little bit.

It was like five minutes, really not that bad considering what it could have been.

And I also saw a lot of messages from

people being like I would this was an hour I would listen so you know what I

think we're in a good place we are still going to try and keep it short though we're

not good at quickies can I say. We're not good at quickies. At least we weren't on Monday,

maybe on Thursday we will be. Let's see how it goes. Yes, I feel like our Thursday episodes

might go a little bit quicker just because it's more of a preview

show than it is recap always on Monday there's 10 times more things to talk about but
