And today we have a question from Michelle, Michelle S, to be exact.

She says, do you have any advice on how we can deepen, trust in ourselves, our intuition,

and decision making?

I often second-guess and doubt myself even on very small matters.

I appreciate your insight.

This is good.

We're all growing to become more active intuitively and through direct knowing.

Intuition is a gift that's bound in time because you have an intuitive hit on what may be happening in your life when the life of someone else's.

Something's already been set in motion but you catch it before it manifests.

Direct knowing is tuning directly into the heart mind of the infinite,

we would say the mind of God.

And so to increase your capacity for increased intuition,

there's something called the first mind.

That is, when something comes into your mind,

the first time you hear something,

you're driving in the car

your directional technology that you're using is telling you to go right but

your intuition says no no go left or keep going straight just pops into your

awareness for some reason go with it go with your intuition that's your first mind

and you'll discover that as you do that and then you realize why you did that, why you went that way, it doesn't have to be with traffic, it can be with a lot of things.
