Should Christians send demons to the pit?

When you're casting out demons, where do you send them to?

I hear so many things. Some people send them to the pit.

That's probably the most popular. Other people send them to the feet of Jesus.

I've even heard of people sending them to a lockbox.

So where should Christian send demons?

Well, we're going to focus specifically on the pit because we all know this lockbox thing is just kind of silly. The question is really important. And it's important because the one offensive weapon in the armor of God in Ephesians chapter 6 is the sword of the spirit, which is what? It's the Word of God. So if we're elevating our charismatic traditions above the Word of God

in order to engage in spiritual warfare, this could lead us into some troublesome waters. In fact,

it might even lead us to overstep some boundaries that God's tried to set in place. You see an
