The first kind are the ones you have to worry about.

That is Jehovah's Witnesses or others who want to try to devalue Jesus to say that he's a

Charles Spurgeon actually believed Jesus was Michael the Archangel? He said, quote, Michael is the Lord Jesus, the only archangel. That's a Spurgeon

quote. Some reformers thought that Jesus and Michael the Archangel shared an identity. Calvin said,

and he did it a little tentatively, but he says, Michael may mean an angel, but I embrace the opinion of those who refer this to the person of Christ.

Now, the difference between these two groups of people, like say JWs or Arians or those who want to deny the deity of Christ, the true and full deity of Christ, they want to lower Jesus to where they see Michael at.

You see, they're not trying to, like Charles Spurgeon and John Wesley and John Calvin. They're not trying to lower Christ. They're
