Think of your body and mind as an antenna. By improving your thoughts, feelings, and actions, you attract higher frequency experiences.

Gratitude and being the light are powerful tools. You have the ability to love your current situation by practicing and uplifting yourself. Once you find peace and love in every moment, you can manifest the life you desire while enjoying the present.

Reflect on your life and recognize patterns. If you still feel stuck or unhappy despite changes around you, it’s time to go within. Learn to find good even in darkness. Extreme scenarios often make us question this, but remember, someone out there in a tougher situation might be happier than you.

Gratitude isn’t just about saying thank you. It’s about finding and embodying something you love in any experience. This allows you to emit positive energy, creating a flow state. You don't want to be a dam, receiving but not giving. Balance receiving and giving to avoid feeling weighed down.

Think about what you're most thankful for. Even simple things like breathing or walking can shift your perspective. Imagine someone unable to do these things feeling joy in your place. It’s not about diminishing your feelings but finding light in every situation.

No matter how tight money is or how tough life gets, you can always find something positive. When you become skilled at finding appreciation, solutions will follow. The law of attraction states that like attracts like. If you love your situation, you'll attract more of what you love.

Everyone’s journey is unique, and challenges are relative. What matters is how you choose to see and react to them. Even if it’s easier for others to be positive, you have the power to shift your internal state. You might be a strong person facing difficult situations to bring change.

Lifting weights is a good analogy. A stronger person needs a heavier weight to feel challenged. Maybe your challenges are greater because you are powerful. Seeing the good in every situation makes you powerful, even if nine out of ten things in your life are bad.

Everything happens for you, not to you. Living a life where you find the good in any situation makes you embody those positive qualities. If you want abundance, peace, or love, find and focus on them in your life.

You can envision any frequency and become it. It’s not about nobility or righteousness but about knowing you can manifest what you envision. This is how we rise and become the rising tide that lifts all ships.

30 now and you're thinking when I get to 40, things will be better. Maybe it's a job. When I get

We think when I change these out, life will be better. When I move from this area, life will be better. You see, when you have that as your solution, there's one major issue with that that many of us don't take into account and then
