focused on a sort of negative thing, but we're going to be focused on it in a positive way,

And this is something everybody deals with.

If you are walking around, putting off things, dreading things, just waiting until the last

minute to do things, especially those things that you don't particularly enjoy, welcome to

humanity. This is part of the experience of a human being. So don't burden yourself with guilt or think

it's this major character flaw and beat yourself up over it. I think it's actually the first thing.

It's not one of my points that I'm going to make here today, but it's really important to just

accept it and not feel like there's some moral judgment of yourself, the fact that you're putting off

things that you want to get done, that you're not able to reach your goal. This is part of the

human experience, and we can talk frankly here about the fact that everybody does this,

everybody experiences this, and if you don't want it to be a negative influence in your life,

there are things that you can do to combat it, to take charge of your life. First of all, like, why would we want to do this?
