since we had you on my show and it's good to see you again. Yeah, I can't believe it's been that long. I'm at this phase where it's just like some

things feel like yesterday and then it was also 10 years ago. For sure, for sure. So, man,

Yeah, I'm an engineer by background, which is interesting because I brought that to strength training, nutrition coaching about five years ago, roughly around the pandemic,

when a lot of us were probably going the other direction.

And that was the time I had a little more time to figure things out.

And that's around when I found starting

strength, which naturally led me to you guys, right? Originally the kind of overlap there.

Yeah. For sure. Yeah, that's where you end up with. And, you know, I remember what resonated with

Barba Logic and a lot of the folks in this space for me was the idea of figuring out what works for you

and understanding that it was a process of really like tracking, measuring, learning, getting their feedback,

like going through that whole experimentation rather than the typical culture of I got to lose weight

or I've got to get to this quick fix result.

And so really it was a lot of personal experience over the years of trying CrossFit and trying low carb and trying like all the things because I didn't come from an athletic

I had never touched a barbell until I did CrossFit in my 30s.

You know, I had kids, the whole thing.

And so for me, there was several drivers

to that physique and health and everything else, having kids, wanting to play with them
