Summary

I'm joined by Rebecca Marcus, LCSW, to discuss why we find ourselves in unhealthy dating patterns and how to stop. We chat about the importance of putting in the work, taking accountability, and recognizing when something isn't working for you. We answer listener questions about what to do if someone isn't making time for you and keeps rescheduling, how much couples should challenge each other, and how to navigate a situation where someone ends things with you but still wants to be friends.

Reiki healing in college. And so I was very interested in just how we hold emotion in our body

and like the energy and all these things. So kind of

1:47.0

naturally progressed into realizing like I want to do some kind of healing work. But I was

1:53.2

very interested in emotions. Don't really have such a strong science background. So I was like,
