| 0:41.2 | And these conditions are created from childhood, from traumas, from dogmas, from other people's |
| 0:49.0 | belief systems, from religions, from your parents, and we don't actually realize |
| 0:54.8 | how much we are being influenced |

| 0:59.6 | And the whole point that I want to get to today |
| 1:02.1 | is that conditions create our reality. |
| 1:06.6 | And this information really hit home |
| 1:09.4 | and really hit me hard the other night. |
| 1:12.7 | I feel like in general some of my best teachings and really I guess my only teachings |
| 1:18.9 | are through my own personal experiences. |
| 1:22.7 | Maybe that's an experience from a past lifetime on or off this planet. |
| 1:30.1 | Or maybe it's just an experience that I have throughout my day. Sometimes I'll move a couch cushion and have some sort of crazy download. |
| 1:37.1 | And that's exactly what happened the other night. So me and my wife were in bed. We were watching |
| 1:43.9 | some TV. And she's like, oh, I feel kind of snacky. Like, do you want something? Do you like a popsicle or something? And I said, no, I just, I just brush my teeth. And this condition hit me so hard. And maybe it's from childhood. |
| 2:02.6 | Maybe I just created it in my own adult life. |
| 2:05.6 | I don't know when this belief, this condition, got started. |
| 2:10.6 | But here's what it is. |
| 2:11.6 | My condition that I became ever so aware of was that if I eat something after I brush my teeth, I'm going to get cavities. |
| 2:23.9 | Now, logically, realistically, you know, experts, dentists, whatever say that, I don't know, maybe that's the case. |
