Welcome to the Win Make Give podcast. It's Chad Heim's here and Bob Stewart over there. How are you doing today, my friend Bob Stewart?

0:15.3

Chad Himes. I'm good, man. How are you? I'm fantastic, Bob. You know, it's, I say and. It's Bob and Chad. It's not Bob or Chad.

0:25.9

There doesn't have to be a decision that comes from this because you were inspired to create today's episode.

0:33.9

Normally we babble. Normally we BS about something just to have some fun and get going,

0:38.4

yet this topic I think is fascinating. I don't want there to be the and. I want there,

0:44.5

I don't want there to be the or either. I want to make sure that we don't have that.

0:49.7

You sent over this topic. You were inspired by something last night that happened.

0:53.8

Yeah, I got a,

0:54.9

I got a text yesterday from somebody and her team, she says, she's a real estate agent,

1:02.4

she runs a team and her team is moving their database. And her question was, should we, like, we're going to do a call night, she said.

1:13.1

We're going to, you know, we're going to go in and put massive effort into our, into our database for an evening where all everybody on the team is going to show up and they're going to spend three hours and the call night, right, Chad?

1:23.4

And her question was, should we do it before we move out of the old database, or should we do it after we move into the new database?

1:33.8

Right.

1:34.1

And, you know, a logical question.

1:36.5

Lots of people have them.

1:37.6

100%.

1:38.1

Logical question.

1:39.7

Because I started to answer it, right?

1:41.9

Like I started to answer the question she asked me, Chad, which is which one? Right? And I'd probably written out half of the answer. Actually, Chad, I've been, I've been doing the new. This is not new, but for me, I'd never, I'm a text typeer. My wife is a voice textor. Amen. Amen. You're a voice texter. It sounds like I've started to become a voice texter. Like if it's going to be more than two sentences, I don't know why it took me so long. That's kind of me too. I don't know why it took me so long. Anyway, so as I'm- Bob, wait, wait, do you do it for your emails also? What? Yeah, you can do it for emails too. But as I'm halfway through my answer to her,

2:22.6

I was like, wait a minute. And so I just erased the answer and I just replied, why do you have to

2:28.8

choose? And she was like, what do you mean? I'm like, like, if you're constrained and you only

2:33.9

have these three hours and that's it, I could give you an answer of which one I would, you know, lean towards if there were no other options, right? Like you had to pick A or B. But I think the reality in her situation was she didn't have to pick A or B, Chad. Right? And so as we got, I'm I'm like, I don't have to pick. And she's like, what do you mean?
