Today I want to talk about a couple of things.

I want to talk about interest rates, but I also want to talk about guessing the market in it.

And the two actually fit nicely together.

I serve on a community board, a board of supervisors that is, it's a taxing authority.

And we have money in our balance, in our accounts.

We have a cash balance that we keep for reserves and the like in a few millions of dollars and just before i left for

new york we had a meeting and we discussed our financial situation we had a whole bunch of see

they they all have to be very very very very safe because we're in essence of municipality

plus i don't like taking risks with the
