Summary
Our approach to wellness at work is wrong and it needs to be fixed. Currently we’re pushing ourselves to the edge and using wellness programs to help us recover. But what if instead of building better wellness programs, we rewired the work to just need them less?

| 1:45.1 | first place. And I would love to advocate for a fresh approach, a move away from an over-reliance |
| 1:51.5 | on wellness at work and a focus instead on wellness in work. To be clear, there is definitely |
| 1:58.2 | still a need for investments in wellness programs. Health is a top |
| 2:02.0 | priority and I don't mean to be flip. But also, I would love to see us reduce our need to fix |
| 2:07.8 | health problems we don't need to be causing or exacerbating in the first place due to poor work |
