Hello my most amazing RTK podcast family. How are y'all doing? Well, you know, every time

I get ready to do my podcast where I'm just chat with you guys and hanging out with

you guys, I always stop and ask, what am I seeing a lot of in my world? I have a very

large world. I have the RTK inner circle, which are my mentees, people that I do life with,

people that I coach. They're the people that I pour the most into. And so I spend a lot

of time with my RTK inner circle. And then I think about my staff because I spend a lot

of time with my staff. And then I think about my church because I spend time with my church.

And I'm also an avid like I really pay attention to things like I will, I will, I'm a

notisser. And what that means is I'm very keen on noticing when people's behaviors change

and things like that. Because I'm a coach, I'm a pastor, I'm an author. And so that's

just, you know, that's, that's what I do. I create content for my podcast and YouTube

channels and sermons and all kinds of things off of paying attention to other people, right?

And the needs of other people. And so when I was thinking about what I wanted to do today

for my podcast to get into it with you guys is I want to talk about how to stop feeling

like a loser. I feel like so often when we're walking through things in our lives, it's

really easy for us to get caught up in feeling sorry for ourselves. I, I literally have

to really, really pay attention to myself because I get so frustrated at people, you know,

when you say people like, they're trying to get on their phone and they can't get on

their phone. So they start beating their phone, you know, they start like, like their actions

get more serious. Like the more harder you hit the screen, the quicker it's going to come

up and then you get frustrated and you watch them, their mood switches. I get so frustrated

with people like that. So I have to really pay attention to myself because I'm like,
