Do you want to win your fantasy football league? Then you need to stop drafting awful running backs.

You want these five instead. Starting with the Brown's running back, Kareem Hunt, who has been a top 25 running back every single year of his career.

But despite this, he currently goes as the running back 32 in fantasy drafts, and that's a mistake.

Now check this out. Hunt's current contract of $6 million per year is the most of any backup running back in the NFL.

And this incentivizes strong usage in the offense.

But the usage isn't his only positive attribute.

Because since entering the league, Kareem Hunt is top 10 in efficiency amongst all running

backs, your production per

touch and your yards per touch. Only five running backs since 2017 when he entered the league

are more productive per touch. And Cleveland's offensive line projects out currently, according to

pro football focus, as the second best unit in the league, wheels up for Kareem Hunt. But fellas,

it doesn't stop here. Because as you may

expect, Kareem Hunt scores 24% more fantasy points when Nick Chubb is out and he sees 49% more

opportunities. And what those percentages translate to are about 20 opportunities per game

versus just 13, a war course back when Chubb is not in the game. And this matters because

Nick Chub has missed 21% of his

game since the start of 2020. So there's a good chance. Hunt is the only back out there for some

games this year. Now, I know what you might be saying, but what about the recent news that he wants

to be traded? Well, as of this recording, he hasn't been traded, but let's talk through this scenario. According to Mary Kay, it is unlikely that Hunt based on his salary is going to be traded.

The Browns basically don't want to trade him because they need him in this offense.

So the most likely scenario is Kareem Hunt plays this year in a contract year.

So he has to be motivated to perform and then he'll get a new contract next year.
