I have been following you for, like, when I first, 10 years ago, I was like, I'm going to go online. Someday, I'm going to build a big, you know, online empire. Well, first I'm going to say, I'm just like everybody else.

So I kind of got into all of this by accident.

I'm just, I used to say when I got into this at age 35, which I'm, gosh, 54 now, I was just like everybody else.

I mean, I was a mom doing her thing, and I kind of lost my way at age 35.

I became a single mom, not really planning for that to happen, but found myself divorced,

found myself completely upside down financially, just in a really bad situation and I had also

gained a lot of weight. And I remember for the first time in my life, feeling super, super,

just depressed, anxiety, not making any sense of my life. And it was finding nutrition,
