and everyone inside the Pentagon involved with these airstrikes on suspected narco terrorists in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific,

that you decide are being piloted by narco terrorists. Those boats by American law must be

intercepted and then boarded by American military for inspection.

You cannot fly drones over international waters and arbitrarily decide which boats are narco terrorists and which are fishing boats.

You must give the people on those boats an opportunity to surrender or an opportunity

to fire first you cannot fire first they have to fire first otherwise you board the boat it. And if these boats are retreating,

heading back to Venezuela, you cannot fire on them. We have. More importantly, Venezuela doesn't

produce fentanyl. Right? The whole executive order, the declaration of war is Venezuela is killing Americans by exporting fentanyl and cocaine.
