In the early morning hours of June 28th. I was 10 years old, sound asleep in my bunk at Camp Leuema in Sussex,

New Jersey. I already knew I was different, but hadn't yet put my finger on exactly why. I was a LEGO nut, a big reader,

a total loser when it came to team sports, and I struggled to learn how to swim. I had a girlfriend, even Newman, who was also
