Shortly before coming on air, it was reported that the Conservative campaigns director,

a chat called Tony Lee, took a leave of absence from Party HQ

yesterday. This is from a Conservative spokesman. Shortly after, it was reported that the Conservative

MP being investigated, the second Conservative MP being investigated by the gambling commission over

possible wages placed upon the timing of the general election was married to, wait for it,

the Conservative campaigns director. So I mean, I can't, I couldn't make it up. I wouldn't

make it up, would I? I wouldn't because you wouldn't believe me. If I started making this stuff up, you'd say, gosh, that's too implausible. Five minutes after

ten is the time. But we're not going to talk about that. I don't see how we could, actually.

I'd have to remind you with all the candidates standing in all the relevant constituencies every

couple of minutes. But I did see a phrase by the actor Stephen McGahn earlier on Twitter who just talked about the spivary

of it all. I mean, you know, we're still in the realms of allegation with the second MP. The

first MP has apologised for a massive error of judgment. But the phrase spivary works very well, doesn't it?

It's the general spiviness of it all.

It's so low rent.
