It's March 1998 at the Fleet Center in Boston, home of WrestleMania 14.

19,000 wrestling fans are trying to pick up their collective jaw off the floor.

They're shocked.

They can sense that they're about to witness wrestling history.

Stone Cold Steve Austin just pinned Shawn Michaels who was counted out by none other than

guest ref Mike Tyson. He starts a dramatic three counts slamming the mat to end the match.

The crowd chance along as Iron Mike bangs.

One, two, three, it's over.

Stone Cold has just won his first WWF World Championship.

Steve Austin has been waiting for this moment all of his life, all the way back to when he was a

kid in Edna, Texas. After getting fired from his first big wrestling job battling back from what

could have been a career ending neck injury and pouring every ounce of himself into his wrestling

persona, he's the top guy in all of wrestling. The crowd cheering him right now has been waiting

for this since Steve Austin delivered that Austin 316 sermon back in 1996. He's their guy.

Now he's their champ.

This should all be making Steve happy, very happy. The victory is historic enough,

something most wrestlers will never experience and he knows this is just the beginning of his push

to the top. It's the true start of his reign, but he's not happy at all.

Outwardly, Steve is celebrating and putting on a show for the fans. He's standing on the ropes,

holding the title belt up for his adoring congregation, high-fiving Tyson, but he's absolutely

steaming on the inside. Steve isn't happy, he's not satisfied because he knows he won't become

the best wrestling top guy in history by settling for good enough. The cheers are nice, but he knows
