Let's get things started. Before we go any further, let me take care of some a little bit of house cleaning.

First of all, I don't know if you saw, but on Twitter, at the end of the week, maybe over the weekend, I don't know, maybe on Friday, I posted a link on my Twitter account at Natsam to what I called a new project,

which is the video version of the Natsam Wrestling Podcast. If you've noticed, I've kind of without mentioning it, changed the format, tweaked the format of Natsam Wrestling a little bit.

We've done that over the course of the last several years. I just kind of changed things up every now and then to better reflect the show that I would like this show to be.

And the basic format of the show now is I jump on here for an hour or so 45 minutes to an hour monologue to start the show with everything that's on my mind and current day wrestling.

And then we send it to an interview. The interview can be an hour long. The interview today is much, much shorter than that because that's the amount of time that we got with the Texas rattlesnakes, Stone Cold Steve Austin, but that's basically the format and a lot of the interviews almost all the interviews eventually end up at you.

The video version of the not Sam wrestling podcast came out what it basically is is it's this part of the podcast. It's the monologue portion of the podcast with a lot of production elements added to it photos, transitions, all that stuff just to make it a little bit more appealing.
