Matt, how are you? Are you good? I should be asking you this question.

I'm day 10 of laryngitis. And so let me just preempt this podcast with an apology to the audience and just say,

if my voice doesn't sound as good or I need to cough or I start to get croaky. I apologize. This laryngitis

has been knocking me on my butt. I've got the worst sore throat I've ever had and it's day

nine of it. And it's not bacterial. It's a viral laryngitis. Did you go to the doctor?

He just said, yeah, keep, keep waiting. I go, cool, that's what I've been doing, buddy. But it's interesting because I said to you, just so that, I don't know if the audience knows, but I yell at Matt a lot, and I get angry with Matt quite often for the things that he does and does not do on the podcast.

One of the things that I don't like that he does is that vocal fry,

meaning towards the end of his sentences,

he'll start to go a little bit like this.
