Good Thursday morning. Welcome to Squawk on the Street. I'm Carl Kintanier with Jim Kramer, David

Faber, the New York Stock Exchange. Coming off the first back-to-back losses for the Dow in

more than a month and future suggest another drop as China has

at least two cities on lockdown over the coronavirus earnings pile in from the transports and

more Europe is weak ECB's unchanged, Lagarde speaking and oils at its lowest since December 3rd.

Our roadmap begins with stock set to pull back at the open on a big day for corporate results,

P&G dragging the Dow lower, Comcast and Travelers,

both with better than expected quarterly results.

Plus the Boeing impact for airlines, the CEOs of both Southwest and American Airlines,

will join us to discuss that this morning.

And live from Davos, Sarah is joined by the Secretary General of the UN later on this hour.

First up, though, a ton of earnings to get to.

We're going to start with P&G today, beating estimates by five cents a share, raising the

full-year earnings outlook. Sales did miss a hurt by a stronger dollar. Don't see that too often.

Our parent company Comcast beating on both the top and the bottom lines. Cable Division,

record quarterly net additions for customer relationships, 10% div hike, all-time high in the pre-market. Here's what Chairman and CEO

Brian Roberts said earlier on Squawk.

We made a pivot to a broadband-centric cable company, that whether it's for streaming or

gaming or any other app that you're interested on your

television, the best Wi-Fi, that's the number one product.
