0:51.2	resumed sales of its watch Series in the Watch Ultra 2 just before Christmas,
0:56.2	they had halted sales due to a patent dispute.
0:59.0	It lost a case against Massimo.
1:01.7	The medical technology company accused Apple of hiring away employees and stealing their tech,
1:06.7	which basically measures blood oxygen levels and the tech is allegedly used in the new Apple watches.
1:13.0	So to set the table,
1:15.0	JMO, what does this temporary win mean for Apple?
1:19.0	It gives them the opportunity to keep selling the two watches and in question here that utilize the technology that Massimo is questioning.
1:28.1	Now this is temporary, I think that's worth noting.
1:31.3	I mean this is something where the there's going to be an
1:33.7	appeals court they review this this case again here at some point this month.
1:37.9	Don't know one that's necessarily going to be but I mean this has been such a long sort of drawn out story, right?
