pandemic has spread to every part of the world. People are being told to stay at

home. Jobs are being frozen or lost,

incomes are plummeting. This is what some listeners have been telling us about how they are

managing. My name is Allison Schowitz-Cibble and I run a trail riding business in Alsace in France.

So people from all over the world come to me to spend their holidays and just enjoy life

on horseback.

And I don't have any clients and I've got zero income,

which is a bit of a problem.

The horse still need to be fed.

The horse still need to be moved.

So I've applied for the very first time in my life.

I've applied for government aid.

In France, if you've got a massive drop in income,

you can apply for the Solidarity Fund.

Here I heard the government was helping people with food.

That food is didn't reach where we are.
