You know, our message for today is,

a validation is only far when you set it apart from yourself.

I want to remind you today where your validation comes from,

where your credentials are, that you, my friend, in this space, are still valid.

You know, what are accomplishments?

They are simply signs that some type of progression is happening in an area of our life.

You know, clues on the trail.

They are not the treasure or the final picture.

But it's simply a destination we have set to guide us in a potential direction.

But the plot twist is, because, let's be honest, there's usually one.

Your credentials are in your spirit.

It's in your presence because your presence has purpose.

Your energy is where your validation comes from.

You don't need validation from anybody to begin your journey, to live your

life. You choose to take this step. This is your next breath. Now I don't want to downplay our

accomplishments. They are beautiful and we should be proud. Let's celebrate. Let's set

these goals. But remember, they are simply destinations we set for direction. The treasure

is in the discovery. And what we all want is peace. If your happiness is an outcome, well, what happens when the outcome is

accomplished? The happiness fades away and the cycle continues. You know, you ever buy something

that brings so much value and excitement? I felt like that with my Apple Watch.

Now, at first I thought they're like the stupidest things in the world.

And then I don't know what I decided to get one.
